Cove (Cobh)

Cove (Cobh), known from 1850 until 1920 as Queenstown, is a popular tourist seaport town on the south coast of County Cork, Ireland. Cove is on the south side of Great Island in Cork Harbour. It is known for being the port from which many Irish immigrated during the potato famine and the port from which the Lusitania and Titanic sailed.
